After 25+ years of a fulfilling career in Omnichannel Retail and Merchandising, Amy decided to align her purpose and passion (helping people achieve their goals) and her work.

From leading teams in small startups to $1b businesses in Fortune 500 companies, Amy has always been passionate about developing talent and helping others rise in their careers. After completing several courses in the USF Masters of HR and Organizational Design program, she expanded her impact at work by increasing organizational effectiveness using clarified competencies, culture shifts, and innovative collaboration tools. After 100+ hours of coaching training with Co-Active Training Institute and self-reflection, Amy launched Catalyst & Co, so she could fully dedicate herself to coaching others.
